Introduction	I graduated from college in Florida about a decade ago, with a degree in political science, and have followed current affairs avidly ever since. Politics and sports have always been my passions. I consider myself--for lack of a better label-- a moderate. My favorite political writers include: Jonathan Cohn and Jonathan Chait (The New Republic); Steven Chapman (Creators) .
Interests	Current affairs/politics (duh!)SPORTS: baseball, tennis, football, basketball. I also enjoy watching TV shows such as Two and a Half Men, Mike and Molly, and John Stewart. And of course, PBS.
Favorite movies	I don't see a lot, but some of the best are: Good Will Hunting, Jerry Maguire, Casino, Clueless, Million Dollar Baby, Star Wars, Up in The Air.
Favorite music	Lots of 70s/80s: Springsteen, U2, Bob Seger,Eagles,Madonna, classic rock like Dylan, Hendricks, etc... Hate most modern music, especially Katy Perry.
Favorite books	Mostly non-fiction. Bryan Caplan, The Myth of The Rational Voter; John Cassidy How Markets Fail;anything by Bill James.

Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
