| Introduction | Hello! Thanks for visiting. As you might see, this blog is about the arts in general. Feel free to comment within reason on any kind of art form. I enjoy music of any kind except most of the overplayed radio sort. I also write reviews on a regular basis, had some published in university and wrote some for coursework. Having only taken a couple of music courses, I cannot call myself formally trained. However it doesn't stop me from picking up a guitar and strumming to a few riffs now and then. Music, for me, is not just for listening pleasure but also a technical lesson. Dynamics, texture and structure are my key interests. I also look for unusual notes, composition, style, time-shifts, and instrument arrangements. |
