IntroductionHello. I'm a 33yr old woman who lives in N. California. I have Cystic Fibrosis and received a double lung transplant September of 2004 that saved me from death's door. 11 1/2 years later I'm in need of a second double lung transplant and I'm considered "high risk", so finding a hospital that will see me has been difficult. Thanks to a wonderful friend I was evaluated at Cedars-Sinai's heart and lung transplant teams. I'm thrilled to say that as of December 28, 2015 I am back on the transplant list but this time I'll be receiving a double lung and domino heart transplant! What does that mean? This is my story-
