Introduction	I am a happily married mom of 3 crazy kids! I am a Fitness Coach and I have a passion for fitness and helping others find theirs ;-) I am on a journey to hit my goal and would love to help others achieve their goals. I want to be my personal best by 40! I have 1 1/2 yrs to do that! I love being a good example to my kids and teaching them that fitness is fun! Fitness was something I had to learn and I love it now!
