| Introduction | Here's a blog about my experiences living and teaching in Amman, Jordan. It's been one year since I arrived and it's honestly been one of the toughest, most challenging and yet rewarding and fun years of my life. I would do it all over again. One year ago, I packed up my bags and hopped on a plane. I had no long term path, only short term goals. Nobody was really surpised at my decision to move to the Middle East. Some surely thought I was off my rocker. Some thought it was cool. Some thought it would be an adventure. Some just didn't get it.
