About me

Location San Francisco, CA
Introduction I am inspired by such contemporary masters as Jasper Johns, Francis Bacon, Gerhard Richter, Richard Diebenkorn, William De Kooning, and Chuck Close. These artists have shaped the painter that I am today. My creative process has gone through many stages, reflective of my life so far. These abstract works reflect my emotional highs and lows and the process is guided by the simplest of life observations. Little nuances of texture can give me inspiration! These little wonders play an integral part in the experimentation process when bringing the painting to completion. Small slices of life motivate me to create all of my paintings with a heavy dose of color and texture. I hope that the viewer can thoroughly enjoy and see the painting differently as many times as it is contemplated.
