| Introduction | I started TM and became an initiator in the mid-70s, and continue to enjoy the benefits from my participation on extended courses and with the TMO. Although I don't agree with some of the directions the TMO has taken in recent years, I am still an initiator in good standing (recertified) and continue to think for myself. Yes, Maharishi had his faults, but not to the extent that some of his harshest critics attempt to portray. And if those same critics can ever be totally honest with themselves, even they will have to admit that Maharishi unceasingly gave much of value to the world, and influenced the lives of countless individuals in a positive direction. And no, I'm not a TBer (true believer) so if that's all some of you have to offer by way of criticism, please consider not offering anything at all. No, really! |
