Introduction	There’s not much to tell. I like food. I like to eat and cook, pretty much in that order. I have a prejudice towards independent proprietors in a world of national chain monopolization. I find food one of the most interesting ways to understand cultures beyond your own. I’m fascinated by the variety of regional cuisine in the United States alone, and beyond our shores the variety is mesmerizing and tantalizing. I watch way too much Food Network.
