| Introduction | Virginia S Grenier is a mental health counseling intern, currently completing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her approach integrates person-centered values, existential and narrative therapies, trauma-informed care, somatic and polyvagal practices, and sand tray work. Virginia is also a nationally credentialed victim advocate through NOVA’s National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP), with a passion for helping individuals reclaim meaning, safety, and voice—both within and beyond the counseling space. An award-winning author, speaker, and podcaster, Virginia has written across genres, from children’s books to mental health essays, and published over 50 short stories and articles. As co-host and producer of Language of the Soul podcast, she explores storytelling, healing, and identity through soulful conversations and reflective inquiry. This blog is an extension of that journey. |
