| Introduction | Having spent the majority of my professional life in the mortgage industry, I got pretty familiar with crunching numbers, prioritizing issues and schmoozing clients. But mortgage didn’t offer much in the way of a creative outlet. This whole blogging thing has given me a chance to return to something that I enjoy, writing. Some of the fodder for this blog will be recent events, some will be my observations from daily life and some will just be random “Ah Ha!” moments. While I've moved-on from mortgage to digital marketing, I still enjoy this bastion of creativity that allows me to nurture my creative side, which can be overlooked in the hustle and bustle of working life. I am also single and 30+, so I have some interesting observations on topics related to that. I’m sure that I hold some opinions that you may not agree with, but I hope you’ll see my blog as a forum for discussion. If you disagree with me, please feel free to leave a comment. I appreciate healthy discourse, it’ll keep me honest. Hopefully we’ll all come away more informed and if nothing else, entertained. |
