| Introduction | I was borne with a very rare congenital heart disease called Epstein's Anamoly, had surgery at age 15 to correct that. I've always been a geek, though I don't look like one. Where I lacked in physical endurance, I made up for in imagination. As a kid, I loved the original Star Wars series, up until Return of the Jedi. The Ewoks ruined it for me. I loved Indiana Jones, but despite misinformation, I don't live it, thanks. Back on track here, borne and raised in Southern California, have over come some intense experiences, & am learning everyday. Married at age 28, divorced at age 41, have two awesome kids, living back home in the room I grew up in, have worked at UC Irvine since 1993. Yoga teacher since 2001. Before that, I was a student there while working for a Hewlett Packard dealership, prior to that worked for Xerox & other temp jobs through college. I much prefer working in education. They have to obey state and federal labour laws. I love to write, I love to draw/doodle. I love to cook. I am working real hard on healing & continuing my quest to be an authentic human. |
