| Introduction | HI! I'm a stuck-up elitist vegetarian post-punker musician/writer/screenwriter. I've been in about two dozen punk and other bands, two films and three music videos, wrote and directed my first commercial in 2005 and appeared and co-wrote two episodes of a local public access TV show. I have good common sense but generally elect to not pay any attention to it. Coffee snob, music snob & snob all around; I'm into Amiga computers and Major League Soccer, the Kansas City Wizards specifically. I'm known as Cardinal Sin in the Church of the SubGenius, and my first national publication credit was on six pages of their fourth book, Revelation X, the "Bob" Apocryphon. I'm still waiting for my check. I was friends with William S. Burroughs and interviewed him. I've also interviewed Robert Anton Wilson, Greg Gihn of Black Flag, Kevin Seconds, Dag Nasty, Naked Raygun, Stanton Friedman, Leah Haley and Marc Davenport. Socio-politically, I'm an Animal activist and Libertarian with anarchist leanings. Militant vegan and chronically out-of-work writer. |
| Interests | I don't play lots of video games, but I love Fallout. Fallout 2. Waiting for Fallout 3. I'm at my happiest and most creative when drumming. I've got the best drum kit I've ever had in my life and am really enjoy developing new beats and playing to the songs of my favorite bands (see below) and getting the drum lines exactly perfect. Lately, I've taken to creating my own digital music, "Dope Beats", tearing down other songs and bits of sounds from media and building them up in a totally different, new form. Sort of like Burroughs' cut-up method, but with music. On top of this I sprinkle talk radio, audio books, whatever I find interesting. It's all the creativity of being in a band without any of the personality conflicts!
