| Introduction | I am a daily commuter to the windy city (chicago) which I have the uneviable job of counting other people's money........yes I am an accountant. Outside of golfing and travel, my greatest passion is cooking. I spent over eight years cooking in restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. Cooking is my form of artistic expression and relieves a lot of stress. As a foodie, I enjoy not only Czech food, but just about any other ethnic food for that matter. My favorite television shows are on the food network: (Iron chef, Diners, Drive Ins, etc and Anthony Bourdain. I noticed Czech and other Eastern European restaurant cuisine is difficult to find in many parts of the U.S., so I prepare these dishes at home and truly enjoy them. I look forward to exchanging ideas with some of you other foodies out there. Here's to good eating! |
