Introduction	I am a New Zealand registered, experienced teacher. I have taught in schools in Auckland and New Plymouth. I have experience as a SENCO and team leader of both junior and middle syndicates. I am married to Toby and we have three boys, Joshua, Ryan and Benjamin. Prior to education I spent 5 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy. I am excited about the future of education and the direction that we are heading. I am fortunate to be in a middle leader at this time and I find supporting enthusiastic colleagues extremely refreshing and motivating.
