| Introduction | Where does one go from saying that they are a compassionate misanthrope? I'm not too sure either other than saying I'm creating this profile in lieu (spelling?) of doing the dishes (says alot about me I know). I work construction, I read around 50 plus books a year, note I said books not crap on paper so it either has to be canonical, non-fiction or shortlisted for the booker prize. So yeah if you had to sum me up then I would say that I'm always smart enough to think of something to say, never smart enough to keep my mouth shut. Update: Now that I'm well entrenched in my thirties with a kid and mortgage I can pretty much safely say that my loathing of humanity was not only warranted, but well deserved. No wonder I prefer the company of my dogs. But I suppose I'll save my existential crisis for my forties. |
