Introduction	Emmanuel Kijem is a Business Executive and Management Consultant who has been deeply involved in the IT and Telecoms industry in Cameroon for over 14 years starting off with retail services for computers and computer accessories including training and IT consulting services in 1994. He moved on in 1999 to work as a Senior Telecom Executive until December 2006. He has since been working as an Independent Management & ICT Consultant concentrating on SME's and startups. He is also the Managing Director of Softprix Sarl, a web services company in Cameroon. In his spare time, he provides mentoring, career orientation and personal development advice to business leaders, professionals and youths; follows up on political and economic developments in Africa and the world at large and promotes contemporary African Art. He also tracks evolutions in a range of subjects including Globalization, Clean Energy, Health, Education and Agriculture. He is deeply involved in personal development.
