Introduction	Rob is first generation American, a husband and a father. An Engineer by degree, but an HR professional by job title (odd right?). He loves to write, but is very animated on camera. Rob has over a dozen years of real world experience in a variety of roles. He has experience in engineering, business development/marketing, operations/manufacturing, management, recruiting, event planning, grass root efforts, and change management.
