Introduction Onyi is an international development professional with significant experience in governance and anti-corruption. She has strong experience in conducting reviews of anti-corruption efforts and political economy analysis. She has an excellent track record of working with state and non-state actors on locally-led problem-driven programming to address governance issues particularly in the area of corruption in service delivery. Onyi is passionate about improving the delivery of public services in Nigeria. She has coordinated a number of beneficiary monitoring of government programmes and main streaming anti-corruption in service delivery. She was an anti-corruption expert on the U4 ‘Essentials of Anti-Corruption' Training Course and has worked on anti-corruption projects and programming in Nigeria with DFID and UNDP. She is currently working on facilitating citizen engagement and building strong partnerships between the government agencies and non-state actors in the area of service delivery under the Engaged Citizens Pillar of DFID’ Partnerships for Engagement, Reform and Learning (PERL) programme in Nigeria.
