| Introduction | I am a native Oregonian living in Oregon and have also lived and worked in Boston, Denver, and Salt Lake City. I am active and enjoy running, hiking, biking, and climbing and just about anything done outdoors. I have climbed all the Cascade peaks in Oregon and a few in Washington, including two summits of Mt Rainer. I have been an avid runner for 30 years and have participated in a few marathons and half-marathons. As the miles have added up, I have become more interested in cycling as an alternative to the daily pounding on the pavement. I also completed a solo hike of the Oregon section of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2007. |
