| Introduction | Becoming a life coach has been both rewarding and enlightening. As far back as at the age of 12, I remember myself spending my school break-times at the top floor of the school, sitting on the staircase, listening and giving advice to fellow pupils as best as I could. By the age of 16, at Finishing School (Seminary) in Luzern, Suisse I had to make appointments to keep up with the flow. More often than not being an open ear or shoulder to depend on, was the most important part. Now at 51, a qualified Life Coach and Yoga Laughter Instructor, I realise how lucky I have been. My life has been filled with experiences and happenings that I have been able to draw on when being asked and approached for advice, whether from friend, colleague, student, acquaintance or at times, even strangers. Now on my own life changing adventure, my children now grown, I have decided to ‘blog it’, to enable those who are afraid to ask, or others who wish to remain anonymous, to read up on some other peoples’ questions and experiences.
