| Introduction | Donny Lauderback is the Founder and President of Prevail Resources and Prevail IT, a technical field services firm with over 350 employees in 40+ states. The company operates in more than 10,000 zip codes across the US, and provides onsite technical services to customer like Dell, Sony, IBM, HP, TATA, Infosys, and others. Since 1991, I have been involved in the HR, Recruiting, Staffing, HR Technology sectors. Starting as a 'green' hands on recruiter, over time I learned the in's and out's of our business as it pertains to not only our customers, but as it pertains to ourselves. My industry experience has led me down many different paths, but with all things, each new adventure offered me the opportunity to see how business is shaped, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. I love our industry and am dedicated to learning as much about what we do, as I possibly can. |

Equally important. But, flexibility lets you expand more easily. If you aren't rigid in your practices or processes, then you can expand more easily.
