| Introduction | I am Post graduate in Business Management and have handled various roles in the domain of HR Management and have been associated with companies from IT, ITES, Animation, Real Estate, Education and Datacenter Industry. All throughout my career I have learnt the art of making and maintaining relationship, which according to me is the most treasured possession one can ever have. The insights of my education has helped me to access the most intrinsic values of human behaviour, which in way has helped in being the people’s person. Apart from understanding I have also learnt that nourishing and grooming the right talent at the right time was the key ingredient for winning the trust of the employees from the HR perspective. Several initiatives implemented have fetched me never ending support and appreciation from all the employers with whom I worked for. Having a successful career for over 9 plus years with rich experience of people management, I started on my own and founded Proresource Consulting. Unlike other regular agencies I started working on the basic aspects to all my clients, which is offering dedicated services with a value addition. |
