Introduction	Augusto developed a passion for the restaurant and wine industry while attending business school. He vigorously studied all aspects of the trade, and began his career in the restaurant business. In less than 5 years he earned the title of Food & Beverage Director. He formed a team that developed and opened two successful restaurant concepts in two hotels. His ability to motivate and get results from his staff has proven to be extremely affective, by using his own training program regarding the philosophy of service. He then opened his own restaurant concept, Luna D’Oro Restaurant and Tapas Bar. Augusto parlayed his interest of the food and beverage industry into the wine business and started as sales representative. Quickly distinguishing himself as a leader, Augusto earned a fast-track promotion to National sales director. Augusto has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts in restaurants, hotels and vineyards worldwide. His experience has scanned virtually all aspects of the food and beverage industry including restaurants and hotels, management, wine & spirits distribution, sourcing, consulting, marketing, and sales.
