| Introduction | With 35 years of experience, I specialize in local economic development, particularly with MSMEs. My expertise lies in a bottom-up approach, applied successfully in National, Regional, and Global value chains. A seasoned professional, I'm renowned for action research in industrial and rural clusters. Previously at UNIDO for 8 years, I co-authored an internationally adopted cluster development methodology. In 2004, I started Apex Cluster Development Services, and since then, I've been a driving force behind substantial cluster development programs in collaboration with organizations like UNIDO, World Bank, ADB, Kfw, GTZ, SIDBI, Microsoft (Project Vikas), and various government bodies. My experience spans diverse sectors, and I actively contribute to NGOs and educational institutes. I'm also a prolific author and a respected member of FICCI, representing them in MSME-related matters. |
