| Introduction | I'm Kelly, and I graduated from WNEC in May, 2010 with an undergraduate degree in Accounting. I am currently working to complete my MSA within 22 weeks on an accelerated program and plan on receiving my degree in December of 2010. During the summer before my senior year I interned in the Hartford Tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. I signed with them upon the completion of my internship and will begin working as a Tax associate during January of 2011. While working on my undergraduate degree at WNEC I worked in the marketing/communications and advertising department as an intern for RAD Kids. Within this department I planned the annual national symposium for children safety that was held on campus every May. I am looking forward to learning with you all in this course. I wished to take this elective since within a few short weeks I will be entering the corporate world. As an undergrad Accounting major I had few communications courses and I felt this elective would be one that I could always use and benefit from. |
