| Introduction | Dr Nad Moodley is a Chief Electrical Engineer in a large Power Utility with 21 years experience in the Asset Management of Power Transformers and Power Plant Electrical equipment. He completed his PhD titled "Power Transformer Health Assessment derived from Low Energy and Dissolved Parameters" in 2013. The LEDT is a key creation of my study.
