| Introduction | I am a mom, a wife, a chef, a woman on a mission. I always had a love for the kitchen, standing on a chair helping my mom bake or my years of cooking at sea, I couldn't get enough. A couple months ago my husband and I found out that our daughter had allergies to wheat, gluten and soy. This was a big shock to us, we thought we had been doing everything right. I am a pesco vegetarian for almost ten years, and have a real passion for eating healthy and avoiding premade, packaged foods. I spent hours searching the internet for safe alternatives for my daughter, for me, for my family. If she was going to do this, we were all going to do it, and so begins this next journey.
