| Introduction | I fancy myself a pretty good home cook in what I call "Simple Gourmet" meaning I like to make food with top notch ingredients but not with super fussy recipes. I am also having a lot of fun exploring various baking projects. The name of this blog is the messy kitchen for a reason...the kitchen usually looks like a bomb has gone off but the resulting dish is usually pretty successful. I have no idea how often I will muster up the energy to write up my kitchen experiments, bit now I have a place to do it if the spirit moves me. We shall see where this experiment leads... |
