| Introduction | I'm a 30-something person of the female-type persuasion. A Canadian who does not enjoy snow, hockey, donuts, or beer; but will laugh so hard she snorts every time she watches the McKenzie Brothers. I've been a fan of Jeff Goldblum's work since I was a wee lassie. In fact he was my first ever movie star crush (followed closely by Dan Aykroyd). What can I say? I was a weird kid. I want to make one thing very clear: I do not know Jeff Goldblum. I do not know how you can get in touch with Jeff Goldblum. And if I did know Jeff Goldblum or how to get in touch with him, I certainly wouldn't be telling you. You think I need competition? Oh, and one other thing. If you happen to BE Jeff Goldblum, I'm free for dinner. Tonight, tomorrow night, any time in the next century, really. Why on Earth would you want to take me out to dinner? Well, among other things, I write toe-curling love poems and enjoy quality vodka. Really, I'm the whole package. |
| Favorite movies | I'm a sucker for thrillers, the paranormal, and cerebral comedies. |
| Favorite music | Not particularly fussy, but let's leave country music out of this. If you really want to get my feet tapping, throw on a little Funkadelic, or some punk rock. My heart lies deep in the progressive art rock that came out of the 70s - early Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Roxy Music, King Crimson, etc. I was going to say jazz, but that seems like I may be laying it on a little thick, right? Though I do really like it! Especially the spooky heroin jazz that started to come out in the 60s - Bitch's Brew, Space is the Place, etc. |
| Favorite books | Wow. I can't even begin to answer this one. I am currently reading "A Sweeteness in the Belly." I recently sobbed my heart out over "The Time Traveler's Wife" by Audrey Niffennegger, and "I Know This Much Is True" by Wally Lamb. Those are the kinds of books I like to read most. |
