| Introduction | While I have professional training in wine expertise, I do not have any professional training in cooking. I love to cook and try to reproduce dishes that are interesting and also simple; sometimes they are successful, and sometimes not. My fourteen year old son is my helper and taster. I have a regular 8-5 job and so this is a passion that I work at on my evenings and weekends. Cooking is a strong passion of mine that has its adventures which I would like to share. |
