Introduction	I'm Irish but feel European having spent 10 years in England and 5 or more in Italy, as well as time working in Germany,France,Denmark,Wales,Scotland and Holland.I'm so ancient, I flew on first commercial Laker Airways to Los Angeles & hitch-hiked to New York over 6 weeks.My career includes working on building sites,building and running a successful pub, advertising sales,publishing, journalism,business development,sales consultancy, viticulture,organic farming and teaching. I also served as Assistant Advertising Manager for a major Scotch Whisky company.Some of us have no shame.

Favorite music	The Band.Dylan,Drive By Truckers,Richard Thompson,Fairport Convention,almost anything on Stax or Atlantic labels,and far too many to list
Favorite books	'Small is Beautiful','Silent Spring',and thousands more books.Books gave my imagination wings.
