| Introduction | The idea hit me on a drizzly, windy day in spring as I was craving soups & stews: I couldn't wait for the warm summer weather and the variety of fruits and vegetables that season holds. I also got to thinking about how hot the weather can get and what a pain it is to use the oven. That's when it came to me. Enjoy a full summer of eating raw or using the BBQ. Thankfully our gas BBQ also has a burner so I can sautee the odd thing, if needed. I figured I may not last the whole summer if I didn't have someone to answer to; hence this blog.
