Introduction	I am a teacher of students with learning disabilities in Grand Rapids, MI - and LOVE it! This year I teach middle school English, History, High School Biology and Junior High Math along with some Reading classes. One of my favorite things about teaching at LMA is that our students are always surprising me. It is NEVER boring and I am continuously amazed by my students’ creativity and tenacity! I have also served on the Board of Directors for the Learning Disabilities Association of Michigan for seven years and am continuously looking for ways to support my students through user-friendly technology. In my "real" life, I have a husband, two daughters, and the best dog ever - all with their own distinctive gifts and challenges.
