| Introduction | The pack leaders in this tribe are Bill & Barb aka M & D. Pack includes Sasha a 12 1/2/ year old Yellow Lab,Ernie a 7 1/2 year old Schnoodle & Chica a Chihuahua who turned 4 in December, Lucas 3 1/2, and Rosie 6. All of us were rescued. Sasha is from a WA state rescue.Chica,me(Ernie) Lucas and Rosie all came from high kill shelters in CA.I, Ernie almost bit the dust cuz of my dredlocks and was only an hour from being euthanized. I was discovered by a wonderful lady who saved me and took me to get a makeover. They couldn't tell my front from my back end because my hair was so matted and long. Chica was M and D's first foster dog. They immediately flunked fostering and kept her. Lucas another foster joined our family Jan 2011. Rosie(a foster) joined our family family in March.(Technically she is GG's(who is 94 yrs) dog. We are very lucky but Mom & Dad say they are the lucky ones to have us in their pack. We are best friends. We enjoy playing, going on long walks, hiking, going to the cabin, rides in the car, treats, & sleeping together. We also welcome the new fosters as they arrive and help them feel comfortable. (1/14/13) |
