Introduction	My family and I spent 12 years living and serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Ecuador. In the later few years I was the manager for the MAF Ecuador program and became more aware and impassioned to work with nationals and became increasingly convinced that the Lord had a change in vocational direction in mind. The Lord orchestrated multiple details which led us to make the decision to return to the United States in the summer of 2005. After a year as Latin America Regional Director for MAF, I began a study project to develop more national missionaries within MAF. In early 2008 the Lord clearly presented a path to join I.N. Network and continue to work on this developing passion for linking indigenous missions with the US Church, which is exactly what I.N. Network does. I'm married to my wonderful wife, Linda, and we have two sons - Jonathan, 18, and Jacob, 15. We now make our home in Zeeland, Michigan.
