| Introduction | I am married and a mother of 4 (3 boys and a girl), ranging in age from 13 to 7. In March of 2001, I decided that I wanted to get back into shape and lose weight. I was 225 pounds and was a size 20. I developed a program for myself and by August I had lost 50 pounds. For the past 5 years, I have been into heavy weightlifting and building muscle. It is very addicting and I totally love it! I plan to compete in my very first bodybuilding show in late 2007....NPC Texas State in Stafford. |
