Introduction	Fresh out of school doctor, who loves to cook..I was in class 6 when I was bitten by the kitchen bug :P I remember hovering around my mother in her kitchen as a kid to help around. To watch her cook was a treat in itself, let alone eat her mouthwatering dishes. After many disasters like burning a simple omelette, over cooking an excessively cheesy and salty Maggie, I finally started learning. I've come to consider cooking as a form of art and I hope to get better at it everyday. Have a habit of exploring restaurants,cafes. ready to experiment all the time. I want to travel the world and experience the cultures and flavours. I hope one day i can own my own little cozy restaurant with food from different cultures. This is a diary of my recipes, some classics and some experiments, some reviews and I hope to learn more about food from all you food lovers .
