| Introduction | I am currently the Managing Partner of Smith, Scott&Associates an Executive Recruiting and Human Resources Consulting firm. Since 1991, I have been an active member of the adjunct faculty at DePaul University's Graduate School of Business. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration. In August, 2000, we moved to Colorado Springs, CO.
