| Introduction | I was raised in Lombard, the “Lilac Village” of Illinois, have been brought up in the Church from my youth, and I have been seeking to follow Jesus Christ ever since I gave my life over to Him through God’s spirit working in me at a Youth Ministry retreat. My passion for Jesus Christ continued, and through prayer, scripture, and guidance, I decided to pursue Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry at Bethel College in Indiana where I attained my Bachelor’s, and through a miracle of divine providence, I have ended up here at First Presbyterian Church in Rochelle, Il with my lovely bride Deb where I have been given the opportunity to servant-lead as the Youth Director for Middle and High School Ministries! (Whoo! Say THAT in one breath!) My history aside, I love volleyball, social-networking, taking/editing pictures, lyric-driven music, writing, running, playing Mafia, biblical exegesis, singing musical numbers, dramedy movies, minor keys, consuming protein, and last but not least, Spider-Man. I have a passion for Youth Ministry and a heart for God, the Church, and the world. Altogether, I'm tall, light and ransomed. What can I say? |
