Introduction	I'm married with no kids and recently relocated to NorCal from the Pacific Northwest. I'm a graphic designer, illustrator and fine artist by training. I'm in the middle of setting up a home office/studio and hope to be doing art as a living soon. Working on getting my professional website built and will be linking it when it's ready. I enjoy working on DIY home improvement, spending time with my husband and my dog and would like for her to become a therapy dog in the near future./// I am learning to love life and live fully despite dealing with a chronic illness and disability. I love art and science and anything that could be considered "esoteric." /// I am here on Blogger mainly to have a place to connect with friends and family but am open to meeting and networking with like minded people who have similar interests. Meeting other artists, animation fans, mythology geeks, movie buffs and music lovers would be great!

Generally anything by Tim Burton gets my vote. I also enjoy suspense, horror, scifi and fantasy films if they are well done. I tend to prefer quiet indie films to loud blockbusters.
Favorite Music	Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Adult Alternative, Heavy Metal, Punk, Swing, World Music, New Age, Classical, Soundtracks, Jazz, Instrumental, Fusion. Some of my favorite singers/musicians include: Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, The Moody Blues, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Dead Can Dance, Joe Satriani, Lorena McKennit, Blackmore's Night
Favorite Books	Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned, Servant of the Bones, The Crystal Cave, Painter X Wow! Book, I'm currently reading a lot about Buddhism, Zen, and digital art techniques.
