Introduction	I love crafting and cooking and especially love tweaking favorite recipes to work with my current diet. I recently discovered that I have food allergies and have eliminated gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, pecans, beer and wine. I like to tell people that I order the non-alcoholic, gluten-free, vegan meal with a side of steak. I hope you find something useful here!
