| Favorite movies | Classical movies like Benhur, Fiddler On the Roof, Lawrence of Arabia, Roman Holiday, Irma la Duce. Wide variety of interest. Not a fan of the modern Indian movies, am fond of the old jovial and fun classics. |
| Favorite music | Classical music, Indian as well as Western - especially Carnatic music. Old Indian film songs - specially Mohammed Rafi, and the songs from the 60s - Cliff Richards and the Beatles. |
