| Introduction | I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Vermont (http://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/state/VT/Brandon.html). I have just recently moved here to Vermont. I have worked in the community mental health setting for twelve years and have practiced meditation for 30 years. I like teaching clients how to meditate and how to use meditation as a self therapy. Recently, I created a Meditation Room in our two story barn. It has everything necessary to easily maintain my daily meditation practice and space to practice tai chi and yoga. I am interested in sharing my experiences and hope to meet other people who are committed to heightened awareness. |

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?
Can anyone share an experience of therapy session immediately following guided meditation exercise?
