| Introduction | I am the Mom of Lulu--the miracle kid. I hope all parents think their kids are miracles! Lu is the kid the doctors said couldn't or wouldn't happen. And as I was closing in on my 40th birthday--I thought they might be right! But God had other plans! Some days it is tough being of “advanced maternal age” (that is what the doctors call someone my age!) keeping up with an active (hyper active!) four year old, being married, working full time and volunteering. I just want to go home and watch Dance Moms. . .but God has other plans. |
| Interests | When you are an. . . . older mom--meaning, you had your first child when you were older; you don't have a lot of time anymore for "interest." Surviving some days seems like my only interest! |
| Favorite Movies | Pride and Prejudice (both the BBC version and the Kira Knightly version!), Love Actually, Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, Emma. . .do we see a pattern??? |
| Favorite Music | Let’s just say I am guilty of loving 80's music. I will not incriminate myself any further. Also love blue grass, folk, Irish. . .a variety really. |
