| Introduction | I love to cook and collect cookbooks. Hence the need to start using the ones I have before buying new ones (like that will stop me!). I'm an engineer for a medical company, so I don't have a lot of time to cook, or post, so you will probably not see frequent updates here. But I do love to cook for people because it gives me an excuse to pull a cookbook off the shelf and give it a good dusting... |
