| Introduction | Kristine is a civil litigation trial attorney, specializing in business, real estate and commercial litigation and transactions, contracts, and construction. Kristine has boutique specialties in representing tax-exempt organizations, and government entities. She was the 2007 Santa Barbara Women Lawyers attorney of the year, and was named by the Pacific Coast Business Times in its listing of significant professionals, “40 Under 40”.
