| Introduction | My family (helpful husband, darling daughter, demanding dog and fiesty fish) and I live in Arkansas. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2008. The clouds parted, the sun came out and the angels sang. Well, not really but after 10 years of looking for answers it sure felt like it! It did bring about alot of changes. Giving up gluten has opened many, many new doors for me - this blog, a cookbook, not to mention the ever growing list of family favorites that has developed around our house. |
