| Introduction | I was a pastry chef until my Daughter was born in 2002. We moved to Shelton and I found that there was not much of a call for pastry chefs here. I ended up starting the USDA food program at a local childcare center and running it. I do all the menu planning, ordering, receiving, claims, and cooking. |
