Introduction	I was born in a home for unwed mothers, The Willows, in Kansas City, Missouri. Since then, I've had a daughter, gotten educated, learned 5 more languages, found my truelove, been gifted with two more children (step), been given three more (in-laws), and been blessed with a granddaughter. I have just finished writing my third book--a kid's fantasy novel. I have lots of creatures, laugh too much--and unashamedly--and tend to choose happiness if at all possible.

Favorite Movies	Fried Green Tomatoes, Dark Crystal--it depends, but it must not be too self-consciously pretentious.
Favorite Music	Pretty much anything that doesn't promote hate and violence and has a tune and NO SCREAMING.
Favorite Books	If it's mushy AND they have long teeth and/or fur, I like it :)
