Introduction	I love jump shots. There is vast freedom in a jump shot. It melds creativity and mindfulness on the present moment. It is the same with writing, I guess. Sometimes, it is precariously difficult to balance the influx of words and inspiration. This is my nth attempt at keeping a blog. This time I will keep it simple. I will practice the art of noticing my life through poetry – the mundane, the ordinary, the ignored – and hopefully, allow myself to fall back into loving it again, immensely. So, this is why I will call it “Jump shot Diaries” – a leap of creativity and a shot at bringing back mindfulness into my life. Jump and love, Febz :)
